Using Woodland Blinds as your vendor of choice will empower you to positively differentiate your business and to secure rapid market share growth. Details are as follows:
· Complete orders received by 7:00 am (Central Time) will ship the next business day. Incomplete orders (i.e., missing information, specification conflicts, etc.) will be held until all issues have been resolved.
· Our Paid Rush service is still available for orders received between 7:00 am and 12:00 noon. The charge will be $10 per blind/shade. These orders will ship the next business day.
· * Contract Quote Orders will be handled on an individual basis. Most orders with less than 25 blinds will be produced in 1 day. For orders with 25 or more blinds, we will usually confirm your order with a due date of 5 business days unless you specifically request our “1 Day to Build” Program. However, we will work with you to determine your required completion date for contract quote orders and do everything we can to meet your requirements.
· Woodland Blinds will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible of any material backorders that are required to complete the order. Usually you will receive notification of a material backorder by noon the day after the order is received by 7:00 am. Your delayed order will ship the day after the material is received at our facility.
· With the quicker production times, most cancelled orders will incur a charge (up to 50% of the normal price of the blind/shade) to change or cancel the order. Any change to an order will delay the confirmed ship date. Once the changes are resolved, we will put the order in with the next batch to ship the following day.
· Woodland Blinds is not responsible for delays caused by situations that are outside of our control.

Roller Shade Special Order Program
Woodland Blinds would like to thank all of our customers for helping to make our Solar Roller Shade Program a huge success. It’s hard to believe that it has been 9 months since we added this product line. With time, comes information and experience. We have learned that our selection of Sheerweave Series and Colors to include in our quick-ship has proven to be the right selection. We have also learned that some of the colors in the Series rarely sell. As a result, we are modifying our Special Order Program. Orders placed in Series/Fabrics that are a part of our Special Order Program will be reviewed and accepted based on certain criteria: inventory required to complete, cost of material not used, and material availability. The following Series/Fabrics will now be part of our Special Order Program:
· Series 2360—V20 Pearl Gray and V21 Charcoal
· Series 2390—Q21 Beige/Pearl Gray and V20 Pearl Gray

Express Cell Shades Discontinued
Please note that we are discontinuing our
Express 3/4” Double Cell Fabric Honeycomb Shades with the Cordless Lift System and our Express 3/4” Single Cell Corded Fabric Honeycomb Shades. There are no changes to our Custom Cell Shade Program. Colors affected:

#5403 Taupe
#5404 Tan
Our inventory is virtually depleted of all of these colors. Customers will be notified if we receive an order in these colors and the order will not be entered into our system. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience as a result of this discontinuation.

Note Recent Specification Changes
Change: Glued Valance Returns on all Custom Horizontal Blinds
Products Affected: All Custom Fauxwood Blinds
Benefits: Saves installation time. Returns fit tighter with no light gaps. Returns will remain secure at all times.
History: Prior to this change, all wood blinds had glued valance returns while fauxwood blinds had a “L” bracket that allowed the installer to attach the returns during installation. You may request that the returns be shipped unattached with the “L” brackets on your order form.
Change: Extra Magnet added to OB Valances for Blinds ordered with Hold-downs
Products Affected: All Custom Horizontal Blinds
Benefits: Valances are more secure on door mounts.
History: Wider valances would sometimes move when a door was opened or closed.
Change: RollEase is no longer available on Fauxwood Blinds or 2.5” Blinds.
Products Affected: 2” Fauxwood Blinds, 2.5” Basswood Blinds, and 2.5” KingWood “B” Blinds
History: The RollEase Lift System was added to Fauxwood Blinds and 2.5” Blinds in 2007. Since that time we have run into numerous problems because of the many lift cords required to make fauxwood blinds and 2.5” blinds. These lift-cord problems have caused us to modify our size limitations for the use of the RollEase lift system to the point that this system is not feasible to use on a normal order.
