The commercial/contract segment of our business is a growing part of the window covering industry. Together we can concentrate on doing everything possible to make sure that you land these large commercial jobs. The important thing to keep in mind is that Woodland Blinds is interested in volume and is willing to work at a lower margin in order to increase volume. Please provide our customer service department with as much information as possible to help us quote each job at the lowest possible prices.

• Fax your quotation request to our customer service department at (888) 833-2950. Quote requests received before 12:00 noon, CST will be answered by the end of the day.
• Contract quote discounts must be requested before an order is placed. You can request that we “Quote and Process” an order when you place the order. We will enter the order without delay and fax you the discounted price.
  
• Specify the product type, quantity, and the sizes for each item. Remember to specify either white or stained when requesting a quote on Basswood Blinds.
  
• It is usually best to quote a prospective large commercial job in all products that might meet the job requirements.
  
• Quote discounts are based on the profit margin for each specific order. There can be a wide variation of discounts depending on the type of blinds or shades that are chosen.
  
• Any specification changes may result in a change to the quoted price. However, minor changes to size will usually not affect the quoted discount.
  
• Quoted prices are valid for one month but we may be able to extend the commitment upon request.
  
• “B”, WINDSONG & Trends blinds are the only products that meet the FR701 requirements as flame retardant. This requirement is usually an important consideration when quoting large commercial buildings.
